Travel card
A very convenient option for those who plan to use public transport frequently. It is most convenient to buy it at the Aeropuerto T1-T4 metro stations immediately upon arrival, since with a travel card you do not pay an additional fee to enter/exit the Airport-Terminal 1-4 metro station.
In addition, the pass is also sold in the Tourist Center of Madrid at Plaza Mayor 27, at any metro station, at the Atocha railway station and at newspaper and tobacco kiosks.
Depending on where you plan to travel, you may need a ticket for either Zone A (Madrid) or Zone T (Madrid and Suburbs + Toledo). The pass is not suitable for high-speed RENFE trains.
The ticket is valid for all types of public transport in Madrid for an unlimited number of trips during its validity period. So, you can buy a ticket for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days. Ticket price for Zone A:

- 2 days — €14.20
- 3 days — €18.40

- 7 days — €35.40
